In any home the table is a place where you come together, can be yourself, and find the fuel you need to keep going… and our table is no different. At The Table you’ll find worship and production leaders from all across Florida sharing ideas, valuing one another, and encouraging each other to keep going in ministry.
There’s always room around The Table and we hope you’ll join us.
What Happens at The Table?
A Place to Exchange Ideas
A Place For Fellowship
A Place for Learning
A Place to Share a Meal
A Place for All Generations
A Place to Inspire
Jordan Becnel (@jordanbecnel) is the worship pastor of Bayside Community Church and has served at Bayside since its inception. Pastor Jordan has a heart to help worship leaders take their churches to a place of responding to the revelation of Jesus.
A few years ago, God laid on his heart to find a way to build relationships with the worship leaders in his own town. These gatherings began with 15, then expanded to over 70, and now has led to “The Table Event”. His desire is to, through this event, create a place for worship leaders to be encouraged and as a result, return to their churches and lead more people to a complete and full live in Jesus.
Dev Walker (@devwalks) is the Production Director at Bayside Community Church overseeing all audio, video/visual media, lighting and streaming across campuses. A graduate of Full Sail University with a degree in recording arts, Dev also helps produce Bayside Worship’s music and recordings.
Pastor Allen (@ajdistef) is the executive pastor of worship and weekend at Grace Family Church. His vision for worship helped grow a church in south Florida from hundreds to thousands across the world. He brings much diversity to the direction of music and weekend experience for Grace Family Church.
Pastor Josh Sommers (@josh.sommers) and his wife began attending Bayside Community Church in 2007. Josh first came on staff as the next generation worship director, developing teams within elementary, middle school, high school as well as young adult ministries. He is now currently serving as the worship director at their broadcast campus.
As the Creative Arts Pastor at Bridgepoint Church in St. Petersburg, Michael Mishoe (@michaelmishoe) oversees the creative direction of the Sunday worship experience by providing leadership and building teams in the areas of music and production.
Russ Jones (@) is currently the worship pastor at The Crossing Church in Tampa, Florida. He leads a congregation of 6,000 into God’s presence each weekend. Through the years, Russ has experienced what it means to be “a true worshipper” who worships “in spirit and truth”. He has seen God’s power that is available to us in worship and it is his desire to help lead others to that gift.
